A Global Movement Redesigning the Narrative for Women: Helping 400 Women Unlock Their Power, Build Their Legacy, and Transform the World

Last month, I turned 40, and I found myself reflecting on how fortunate I am to have reached this milestone. But instead of thinking about what I wanted, I asked myself how I could give back — how I could create meaningful, lasting change, starting from the ground up.

For me, real change starts with us. I don’t believe anyone can give you power or empower you. Power comes from within, from owning your choices and taking control of your life. What others can do — what I’m here to do — is provide the tools and space for you to step into your power.

Women have had to fight for their place at the table for far too long. Sure, there’s progress. More companies want to hire women, but something’s still missing. Women make up 39% of the workforce globally, but they’re still underrepresented in leadership. Companies say they want women, but often, there just aren’t enough women applying. Women represent nearly half the world’s population (49.58%), but their full economic power hasn’t even been tapped yet. If we could close the gender gap in the economy, it could add up to $28 trillion to global GDP by 2025.

And let’s be real, change doesn’t happen by staring at statistics. It happens when women feel empowered enough to ask for what they want — whether it’s funding, a raise, a promotion, or that all-important connection.

So, we have to ask: how are we really supporting women? Not just talking about it, but truly giving them the tools to grow — emotionally and, more importantly, economically.

For those who may not have the financial means, I’m offering pro bono sessions every month to ensure that this support is available to all.

3. Supporting Girls’ Education

To create a lasting impact, 10% of the profits from the Power Queen Toolbox and 80% of the profits from my upcoming book will go directly to the Girls Education Fund. With over 132 million girls worldwide out of school, this is a tangible way to support future generations of women leaders and innovators.
