Last month I turned 40. I appreciate how fortunate I am to even have made it to this age. Whist thinking a lot about what I wanted, how I wanted to mark the occasion. I decided I wanted to help others, from the ground up. Mahatma Gandhi said,

As a big believer of change being more important from the ground up than systematic which can take decades. This is the action I want to take. I’ve realised over the years that people who are insecure act uncharacteristically, jealous and destructively. Those in their power are supportive and want to provide a hand up for those around them.

How: a super affordable coaching programme offering group and one-to-one options. Women’s lack of willingness to invest in themselves has often stopped them moving forward. So offering an affordable package to women, that is still delivered live with pro bono sessions available each month.
